The ExchangesConnect Video Contest launches on November 17, 2009. This is a project I've worked on with fellow Rubyists David McVicar and Kelly Gifford, so we're all pretty pleased. Four contest winners will receive an all-expense-paid, two-week-long foreign exchange program compliments of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State.
